The Annual General Meeting was held on Friday 27 March 2026, following a lunch at Poult Wood Golf Course at 1 pm. The sitting committee was re-elected for another year. In his report, the Chairman reflected on a year of transition, after the long and successful previous administration. He expressed the confident hope that with the current personnel we should have a exciting year ahead. Many ideas for social gatherings were discussed, including a German picnic on the lawns of the Castle during one of the summer music afternoons. Other ideas brought forward were a quiz, talks, a music night.
The accounts of both the Circle and the Youth Fund were approved.
A visit to Tonbridge by our counterparts in Heusenstamm was announced for August this year.
